BIO CAMPHOR OIL - 10 ML Dosage:

As a massage oil: mix 5 drops in 10 ml of neutral, neutral oil, such as sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, hazelnut, or macadamia oil.
2. Bath mud: mix 5 drops in 10 ml of bath foam or base mud (cold almond mud), then pour into a bath of warm water.
