MUCOPLANT EXPECTORANT WITH Ivy x100ml Mucoplant expectorant with ivy 154 mg / 100 ml syrup is a herbal medicinal product suitable for cough in all types of respiratory diseases associated with the presence of productive / moist cough. Mucoplant expectorant with ivy helps coughing and facilitates breathing in adults, adolescents and children over 2 years.

The expectorant effect is due to parasympathetic reflex stimulation of the glandular structures in the bronchial mucosa as a result of initial irritation of the vagus receptors in the gastric mucosa. Mucoplant expectorant with ivy liquefies thick secretions, has a bronchospasmolytic effect, relieves cough, relieves breathing.

It does not contain sugar, but maltitol for sweetening, so it does not lead to tooth decay; it is very well tolerated.

Ingredients:

The active substance is a dry extract of ivy leaves. Each ml contains 1.54 mg of dry ivy leaf extract (Hedera helix L.) (DER 4-8: 1).
Extracting agent: ethanol 30% (m / m).

The other ingredients (excipients) are: potassium sorbate; hydroxyethyl cellulose; blackcurrant aroma; maltitol, liquid (E965); citric acid anhydrous; Purified water.

Dosage:

Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age:
15 ml 3 times a day (corresponding to 69.30 mg of dry ivy leaf extract daily)

Children from 6 to 11 years:
15 ml twice daily (corresponding to 46.20 mg of dry ivy leaf extract daily)

Children from 2 to 5 years:
10 ml twice daily (corresponding to 30.80 mg dry ivy leaf extract daily)
