The production technology is specific, and in order to achieve the maximum effect, very small quantities of premium olive oil are processed at a concentration of the ozone-oxygen mixture of 65mkg / ml for a period of 20 days. The high concentration of ozone and prolonged ozonation change the structure of olive oil to creamy with the formation of specific lipid oxidation products. The production is very sensitive to atmospheric influences (temperature and humidity), therefore slight differences in the consistency of the products can be noticed, which does not mean that there is a difference in the quality of the ozonated mixture.
