In addition to being a source of various biologically active substances, vitamins, minerals, organic acids, papaya is a source of four types of proteolytic enzymes – papain (about 10%), chymopapain A and B (between 26-30%), glycyl endopeptidase III and IV (23 -28%) and caricaine (14-26 %). These enzymes demonstrate extremely beneficial effects on the digestive system, gut microbiome, metabolism, gastrointestinal health, and the body’s immune defenses. It has been proven that they have a strong anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antioxidant and sedative effect.

Recommended daily intake: 1 (one) tablet per day after a meal.
Recommended period of intake: For maximum results, it is good to take up to 3 months (12 weeks). After a rest period of about 2 weeks, the cycle can be repeated.
