Ingredients

Dried RPO-2 oyster mushroom powder, plant-based capsule shell hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

How to Use

Adults: 2 capsules 3 times daily.

Children:

• 3–6 years: 1 capsule twice daily
• 7–12 years: 1 capsule 3 times daily
• Over 12 years: 2 capsules 2–3 times daily

For children, use is recommended for 4–6 weeks followed by a 2-week break before repeating if necessary.

If needed, the capsule can be opened and the contents used directly or mixed with food.
