TEBOKAN MAX 240 MG An herbal medicinal product to improve (age-related) cognitive impairment and
quality of life in adults with mild dementia.

Ingredients:

Each film-coated tablet contains 240 mg of extract (as purified and quantified
dry extract) of Ginkgo biloba L., folium (Ginkgo leaves), (35-67: 1) corresponding to:
52.8 mg -64.8 mg of flavonoids expressed as flavonoid glycosides
6.72 mg —8.16 mg of ginkgolides A, B and C.
6.24 mg —7.68 mg of bilobalide
First extraction solvent: acetone 60% m / m.

Excipient with known effect: 136.5 mg lactose monohydrate

Dosage:

Adults and elderly patients
Adults take 1 film-coated tablet daily, preferably in the morning.
Pediatric population
Tebokan Max 240 mg is not indicated for use in children and adolescents below 18 years
For oral use
The film-coated tablets should be swallowed whole with some liquid; preferably with
glass of water. It does not depend on food intake.
Duration of administration
Tebokan Max 240 mg should be taken without interruption for at least 8
weeks.
If after 3 months no symptomatic improvement is observed or if pathological
symptoms worsen, a doctor or qualified medical consultation is required
specialist.
