Medical Urinal® is a medical device intended for the treatment and prevention of recurrent cystitis and other infections of the lower urinary tract (IDPP) caused by bacteria or fungi (Candida and others).

Cystitis is a bacterial inflammation of the urinary bladder and urethra. In most cases it is due to the invasion of the bacteria Escherichia coli, some of the microflora of the lower sections of the gastrointestinal tract. Under the right conditions to allow attachment and growth in an otherwise sterile urinary tract infection develops.

Typical symptoms: burning sensation when urinating, frequent urination, cloudy or malodorous urine.

Cranberry has its effect on potential pathogens by preventing their propagation in the urinary tract.
