Ingredients:
Valerian contains up to 2% essential oil, isovaleric, valeric, formic and acetic acids, flavones, alkaloids, glycosides, resinous substances. Part of its chemical composition are valepotriates – valtrates, acetovaltrates and dihydrovaltrates, valerianine and others.

Recommended daily intake: Take 1 capsule daily – morning or evening. If needed, take one capsule in the morning and one capsule in the evening.
Recommended period of intake: For maximum results, it is good to take up to 12 weeks (3 months). After a rest period of about 2 weeks, the cycle can be repeated.
