powdered micronized: leaves of Alexandria hay (Cassia Angustifolia M. Vahl), bark of buckthorn (Rhamnus frangula L.), leaves of Aloe (Aloe Ferox Mill), root of rhubarb (Rheum palmatum L.), leaves of mallow (Malva sylvestiris L.), leaves of Lippia Citriodora Lam. 1 to 4 granules per day, with more water, preferably in the evening.
