Golamir 2Act tablets is an innovative medical device that soothes pain and irritation, thanks to its indirect anti-inflammatory and protective effect on the oropharyngeal mucosa. It is indicated in cases of sore throat to treat irritating and inflammatory conditions that may be caused by viruses, bacteria, allergens or by contact with irritating external agents (smoke, smog, dust). The product is also suitable for colds, when nasal secretions running down the throat can cause irritation.
Golamir 2Act tablets, thanks to the active natural complex ActiFilm DOL, acts on pain, burning and difficulty swallowing, protecting the mucous membrane from the factors that trigger irritation. ActiFilm DOL, composed of tannins, resins, polysaccharides and flavonoids, forms an active film with a barrier effect and double action:
- protects the surface of the mucous membrane to reduce its hypersensitivity;
- normalizes the mucosa through an indirect anti-inflammatory effect.
Application method:
It is recommended to take 1 tablet 3-4 times a day, allowing it to dissolve slowly in the mouth.
