distilled water 793 mg
Alcohol denatured with thymol 97 mg
Methylsulfonylmethane 39 mg
Arnica tincture 39 mg
Menthol, crystallized 10 mg
Camphor oil 10 mg
Carbopol 6 mg
Trometamol 6 mg

Arthro Guard Gel x50ml Dosage:

apply 1-4 cm Arthrogard gel 2-3 times a day or more, depending on the degree of damage. Rub with gentle massage movements until it is completely absorbed into the skin.
