Before sun exposure, apply enough to cover the desired areas (equivalent to two doses - for the face, neck and décolleté). Reducing this amount lowers the level of protection. Repeat often enough, especially after sweating, swimming or wiping. Even if you are well protected, keep sun exposure to a minimum. Protect babies and young children from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with eyes.
