Shake well before use. Apply liberally (about 8 sprays are enough for the body area). Reducing this amount also reduces the level of protection. Repeat often, especially after sweating, swimming or towel drying. Do not spray directly on the face: apply first on your palm, then apply gently on the face. Even with proper protection, keep sun exposure to a minimum.
