Molutrex x3ml Treatment of Molluscum contagiosum 5% potassium hydroxide solution for local application on skin.

Molluscum contagiosum is a benign and highly contagious viral skin ailment, generally affecting the skin and sometimes the mucosa, and which has been constantly increasing over the past 10 years, particularly in children with atopic skin .

Molutrex from ACM is very simple to use: 1 to 2 applications daily until redness appears (usually after 2 to 10 days). No rinsing required. It can be used on the face and body (except around the eyes and on the mucosa) in adults and children over the age of 2 years.

Ingredients:

There is 50 mg of potassium base in 1 ml of aqueous solution.

Molutrex x3ml Dosage:

For external use! Before use, place the vial on a smooth surface to avoid possible spillage!
Place a small amount of the product on the brush. It touches the edge of the vial to avoid the formation of a drop. The solution is applied to the mollusks using a brush. It is immersed in the vial every 3 applications. Repeat the applications on the same mollusk, for several consecutive days, until inflammation occurs. This usually happens between the 4th and 10th day. In one day 2 applications are made – morning and evening. Inflammation is a sign of future mollusk healing, which usually occurs after 4 to 6 weeks. MOLUTREX should not be used in inflamed molluscs. MOLUTREX should not be applied to the same lesion for more than 14 consecutive days. Place the vial on a smooth surface before use to avoid spillage!
