Ramcopharm HEMP SEED OIL x90caps is a natural plant product extracted from the seeds of the hemp plant. Hemp seed oil contains 75-80% polyunsaturated fats (which are “good fats”) and only 9-11% of the less desirable, saturated fatty acids. The essential fatty acids it contains are extremely necessary in our diet (even more than some vitamins), but our bodies do not synthesize them naturally. They should be obtained from the food we eat. In recent years, there is a tendency to severe nutritional deficiency of essential fatty acids in a large percentage of people due to the predominant intake of animal compared to vegetable fats. This is also related to the larger share of processed foods and meats in our diet compared to natural organic foods.
